Our year-round families deserve high quality public education, affordable housing, and accessible City services. We need to invest in our schools and sustainable development to build a bright future. As a renter, I know the challenge housing presents. By utilizing plans the City has already invested in and implementing innovative zoning, we can combat these issues to keep year-round residents in Newport.
Resilient Infrastructure & Climate Readiness
Our roads, energy and utility systems, and water infrastructure require investment to stand up to the challenges of everyday use and increased stress from climate change. I will work to modernize our infrastructure to respond to City needs and build a resilient future.
